August Alsina Causes An Uproar With A Picture Of Himself Hanging

2014 XXL Freshman August Alsina isn't just making headlines for his music nowadays. The singer recently put fans and social media sites in a frenzy after posting a picture of himself being hanged on his Instagram.

In the photo, August Alsina is hanging from the ceiling with a noose wrapped around his neck. The scariest thing about the disturbing photo is the lifeless expression plastered on his face. The singer who recently cleared his beef with fellow singer Trey Songz, accompanied the photo with an even more troubling caption: "Rest in peace Aug. Forever missed #holdyoudownforlife".

Thankfully the person in the picture was not Alsina but actually a prop dummy used in his video shoot for "FML" with GOOD Music artist, Pusha-T.

Although the image was fake, that didn't stop fans from speaking their mind about seeing the artist in an unsettling position. While some fans sided with the ability of entertainers expressing themselves artistically, many couldn't help but find the image cruel and terrifying.
