‘Vogue’ Sued For Their Kanye West And Kim Kardashian’s B.T.S. Video

Rickey Spicer, lead singer for 1970s one-hit-wonder group The Ponderosa Twins Plus One is currently in a legal battle with Kanye West for using his vocals on “Bound 2.” The lawsuit was issued last year. According to Page Six, Spicer turned his attention to Vogue and is suing them for using “Bound 2” in their behind-the-scenes video.

Spicer claims that the Vogue knowingly used the song without his authorization or consent and his Manhattan civil suit against Vogue publisher Condé Nast says “Mr. Spicer’s voice is used substantially throughout the video, comprising approximately 44 percent of the lyrics.” Spicer has yet to specify an amount.
