Rick Ross may want to consider staying home on his birthday next year. The Boss, who survived a drive-by shooting in Miami during the wee hours of his 37th birthday last year, is now facing a lawsuit over an incident that occurred at his birthday party in 2011. During Ross’ birthday celebration at New York City’s Umbrella Lounge, things got hot and a fight broke out. Two Bronx based men are suing Ross and claiming that his entourage caused “multiple bodily injuries” and that the party had inadequate security.

Ross was apparently issued a summons in 2012 but never responded. The two men previously sued Umbrella Lounge and the venue then sued Ross, saying that the club provided adequate security but Ross and his cronies continued the fight outside which led to the men getting injured.—Peter Walsh
