Looks like Nelly may have his sights set on Ms. Jackson now that her and Floyd Mayweather have parted ways. The "M.O" rapper was spotted with the boxer's ex-fiancee at the Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Bobcats game on April 28.

Nelly has been extremely open about his fondess for Jackson in the past, previously posting a #WCW (Women Crush Wednesday) photo of the model on his Instagram page. Looks like the beauty took notice as she's now hanging with the "Derrty" rapper.
