Ma$e Sued Over Single’s Cover Art

As if he didn't have enough serious issues to deal with, Ma$e is now being sued by a model who claims Betha swiped here picture for the cover art to his single, "Why Can't We" without permission. According the lawsuit, obtained by celebrity gossip site TMZ, said model, Stephanie Delgado, alleges the former Bad Boy rapper ripped the photo straight off her Instagram account without her knowledge or permission and the picture was used to promote the single on dozens of music sites. She is seeking $60,000 in royalties and $180,000 in damages.

The song was marketed as the first single off Ma$e's forthcoming LP, Now We Even, but failed to gain any traction.

As recently reported, Mase has come under fire from his church congregation for his secular lifestyle and is in the middle of a messy divorce from his longtime wife, Twyla.
