Jay Z’s Made In America Festival Will Be In LA And Philadelphia Simultaneously

Jay Z’s third annual Made In America Music Festival will take place simultaneously in Philadelphia and Los Angeles during Labor Day Weekend (August 30- 31). The Line up and further details will be announced at a later date.

After two successful years in the City of Brotherly Love, Jay Z’s Made In America Festival is heading to the City Of Angels. Hov is scheduled to make the official announcement with Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti this afternoon (April 16).

Variety reports that the two-day music festival would take place Labor Day weekend in downtown L.A.’s Grand Park in the shadows of the Los Angeles Music Center and City Hall and the move has been in negotiations for weeks.

No word on who will make up this year’s lineup. Past editions of the fest have included Nine Inch Nails, Odd Future, Kanye West, Beyonce and Rick Ross. The announcement on this year’s show is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. ET. There is no word that the West Coast version will replace the East Coast version however there are pre-sale tickets for Made In America in Philly n August 30-31—G. Valentino Ball
