Dame Dash is not quite feeling former associates of his friend and Roc-A-Fella cofounder Kareem “Biggs” Burke. In 2012 Kareem "Biggs" Burke was sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to conspiring to distribute more than 100 kilos of marijuana. And in Dash’s view not enough people have reached out to a man he says he’s seen help countless others through their hard times.

During his interview with Sway on MTV’s RapFix he stated, “I’m not too satisfied with the support of other people that he’s looked out for over the years. I’m not happy with that…I’m really disappointed in the core of people.”

While many took his recent Instagram post on the subject to be directed at his and Burke’s former partner Jay Z, Dash set the record straight.

"It doesn't matter what people think. I don't project for that, I just project," Dash explained. "If I have an issue with Jay, I'll step to Jay about it. But my point is overall, it ain't Jay; it's a lot of people that I saw him look out for."—G. Valentino Ball
