Reports have surfaced that Mase filed for divorce from his wife of 12 years, only to take it back. The ironic part however, is that Mase and his wife, Twyla Betha, have built an entire empire off the “success” of their marriage, both building a church and releasing several relationship help books.
TMZ obtained documentation of Mase’s divorce petition filed on Jan. 2. In the documents Mase asked for full custody of their two kids along with child support.
However, the rapper-turned-pastor put in an attempt to dismiss the petition on Feb. 13, the day before Valentine’s Day.
Guess Mase wanted to give the relationship another try, as the back of the couple’s book does read, ”In this series, Mason and Twyla Betha share keys to build a marriage that will last a lifetime.”
