Noah “40″ Shebib Believes Jhene Aiko Is Similar To Aaliyah

Noah “40? Shebib agrees that Jhene Aiko is Drake's "musical soulmate", and even went as far as to compare the "From Time" vocalist to Aaliyah.

“She has a very beautiful, very unique voice," complimented the Nothing Was The Same producer. "She’s not a big powerhouse Beyoncé vocalist but she has something like Aaliyah. She has a tone that’s beautiful, recognizable and very much her.”

If there's any new producer who has the credentials to compare Aaliyah to anybody, it's 40. The award-winning songwriter was once in charge of her posthumous album, before canceling the project after a negative response from her family and former collaborators.
