Lil Kim, 39, is pregnant with her first child. The Brooklyn MC stepped out on the scene at New York Fashion Week on Wednesday (Feb. 12) donning a fitted dress and sporting a baby bump. Celeb blogger Perez Hilton confirmed the surprise when he announced it on Instagram: "Me and a very PREGNANT #LilKim at #TheBlonds show. Congrats, boo!!"
