Frank Ocean is being sued for not clearing a sample within a sample. The crooner's "Super Rich Kids" song features parts of Mary J. Blige's "Real Love", which contains a small interpolation of Honeydrippers' "Impeach the President."

TufAmerica happens to own 3.5% of the 1970s released oldie, and therefore filed a lawsuit against Frank Ocean, Vivendi and Universal Music Group. This isn't the first time the litigious label has sued a hip-hop act. In the past, the company has claimed sample clearance issues against Jay Z, Kanye West, and Beastie Boys.
