Drake Wants Judge To Throw Out Jeweler Case

Back in September it was reported a well known jeweler is taking Drake to court claiming the rap star bought one of their custom pendants and made copies of it to give to his crew. Well today TMZ is reporting that Drake wants to get the case thrown out because the OVO owl is based of the ancient Egyptian hieroglyph—which symbolizes the letter 'M'— and can't be copyrighted. He's claiming that the jeweler's case is nonsense.
