The last time Young Scooter dropped a mixtape, he was in Dekalb County jail serving out a six-month bid for a probation violation. Today, the ATL rapper returns for his first release as a free man in a year with Street Lottery 2. The project contains features from Wyclef Jean, Birdman, Future, Chief Keef, and Gucci Mane.

This is the ATL rapper's second New Year's Day release in consecutive years. He dropped the inaugural Street Lottery mixtape, January 1, 2013. "I just want to bring the New Year in with something I want and what I feel that the world needs to hear, and I know that this is going to be big,” Scooter said. “I want to teach people to get money. All I rap about is money, and if you want some money, you listen to me, then you understand.”
