Former Break artist Apollo The Great is from Camden, New Jersey. Regarded as a city struggling with the crime rate, Apollo gives us a real look into his daily life in “Rio De Janeiro.” The title—which is named after the Brazilian city—is an indication that his city is facing similar problems with narcotics and surviving in the streets. Apollo shows us exactly where he came from and isn’t afraid to tell his story.
