Making headlines for the second time this week, Ludacris is now the target of a copyright infringement lawsuit. Tyrone Davis, who recorded the 1979 song titled, "Be With Me," is suing Ludacris for music sampling heard on the rapper's 2010 record, "Be With You."

Luda, who also recently made headlines for having a secret love child outside of his relationship with Eudoxie, claims that the composition is entirely original. The team responsible for producing the late '70s track, however, argues it's anything but.

Since the song is really David Banner's and features verses by Luda, while borrowing vocals from Marsha Ambrosius, all three artists are being sued. Listen to both records after the break.
