According to the "Up Down" singer, he tells Vlad TV he's scarred for life from a nightmare experience that occurred during the album's infamous studio sessions. While brainstorming back and forth with 'Ye and his a-list team of producers and songwriters, T-Pain was ridiculed by Yeezy after pitching a "whack" idea. West thought the song concept was so bad that he wrote an impromptu diss song about his "Good Life" collaborator and had the whole studio singing along to the melodic lyrical jab in unison.
