Kanye West Has To Cough Up $250K For Latest Battery Charge

Talk about a come up! The guy Kanye punched at a waiting room in Beverly Hills just scored a $250,000 settlement courtesy of the rapper.

The settlement stems for an incident earlier this month when Kanye West became upset at young man who allegedy called Kim a "n*gg*r lover" while she was waiting to be assisted at a doctor's office in LA. After a heated exchange, in efforts to protect his Fiancee, Yeezy then went off on the guy, punching him dead in the face.

TMZ reports that the D.A. has not yet decided whether or not to still charge Kanye with battery following the settlement, but as of today it is unlikely due to a now uncooperative victim.

It has also been reported that the victim's original settlement request soared well above $250K, hitting the high hundred thousands.
