T.I. Says Grand Hustle Is Independent

Last month it was reported that T.I. and his Grand Hustle imprint signed a deal under the umbrella of Columbia Records. Well today the Grand Hustle general called DJ Scream’s Hoodrich Radio to clarify that Grand Hustle is still independent. "Let me clarify," says Tip. "First of all, let me thank you for keep us in your well wishes but Hustle Gang, we still independent. We did a deal for the next T.I. project."

He also discussed Pharrell executive-producing his next project, which istentatively titled Trouble Man: He Who Wears The Crown which looks to be released in early 2014. Listen to the interview above.
