Soccer Star Recruited By Drake To Sign With Toronto FC

According to Mirror, after a phone call by October's Very Own head honcho and rap superstar, Drake, Jermain Defoe was persuaded to join Toronto FC. Tornoto FC enlisted Drizzy Drake to be their ambassador, similar to what the Toronto Raptors did, and it appears that their ambassador is doing his job.

Defoe, 31, was the striker for Tottenham Hotspur F.C. is now set to go to Major League Soccer (MLS).
