Lupe Fiasco visited DJ Whoo Kid’s Whoolywood and was the guest of honor. For about thirty minutes, the two discussed a number of topics. One in particular was the violence and the difference between when he was growing up and now.

"I think for us you had the separation when I was growing up, you had the violence and then you had your fun," says Lupe discussing growing up in Chicago. "I think what we're having now, and this is out of Chicago, this is Boston, this is Philly, this is everywhere. Is that people are having fun with violence. I think thats the difference. The songs now, the past time now is to knock somebody out."

He discussed the meaning behind “Old School Love,”  his upcoming album Tetsuo & Youth, working with Big K.R.I.T. & Rick Ross, Kendrick Lamar, Kanye’s rants and plenty more.
