Frank Ocean’s Cousin Is Suing Chris Brown For $3 Million

Stemming from the Chris Brown-Frank Ocean brawl outside an LA recording studio last January, Frank's cousin has slammed Chris with a $3 million lawsuit. Citing pain and suffering as the reasoning, Sha'Keir Duarte is attempting to hit Breezy where it hurts demanding a huge lump sum.

With claims that Brown's bodyguard gravely injured him, Durante is asking for a total of $3,060,000. He's requested Brown to pay $1,000,000 for pain & suffering, $1,000,000 for emotional distress, $1,000,000 for punitive damages, and another $60K for medical expenses.

Brown has also filed a counter lawsuit.

Really....$3 million though.
