Troy Ave is feeling pretty confident about his latest project. After dropping videos for songs like "Hurt" and the cameo-filled title track, the New York rapper has released New York City: The Album, a full-length that seeks to celebrate and recapture the glory days of NYC hip-hop.

In the process of promoting the album, Harry Powder has made some pretty lofty predictions. "This is going to be a classic," Troy told the Village Voice in an interview today. "This is the best representation of New York City rap in over a decade. I promise. I'll give people their money back if it's not the best in over a decade."

The project certainly has a killer tracklist. In addition to featuring production from Harry Fraud and Araab Muzik, the tape also has guest spots from New York hip-hop heroes like Raekwon, Tony Yayo, Prodigy and N.O.R.E. Non-New Yorker Pusha T is also along for the ride. You can stream or download the project over at LiveMixtapes or grab it below.
