Happy Birthday, Erick Sermon!

Today marks the 46th birthday of Long Island producer/rapper Erick Sermon. Nicknamed The Green-Eyed Bandit, Sermon is best known as one half of legendary rap group EPMD. As a member of EPMD, Sermon and his partner Parrish Smith released several of hip-hop's most iconic rap albums including Strictly Business, Unfinished Business, Business Never Personal and Business As Usual. After EPMD split up in the mid-1990s, Sermon went on to more success after he formed Def Squad with two of his protegés, Redman and Keith Murray.
