Another victim from the SXSW drunk driving incident on March 13 has died, as the Austin Police Department reports. The victim name is 18 year old DeAndre Tatum. This is the fourth person to pass from the incident. Steven Craenmehr, 35, creative director for the agency Massive Music,  27-year-old Jamie Ranae West and Sandy Le were the other three victims.

The incident left 22 people injured. The driver, Rashad Owens, also known as KillingAllBeatz or K.A.B254, is a rapper/producer who was schedule to perform that night and was charged with one count of capital murder. Owens brother, Lamar Wilson said that Rashad borrowed the car he was in from a friend named Andrew Bramwell. However, Christopher Haug, chief of media relations for Fort Hood said Bramwell reported his car stolen that morning.
