Eminem’s ‘Marshall Mathers LP 2′ Goes Platinum In This Week’s Album Sales (11/20/2013)

Lady Gaga’s ARTPOP release tops Billboard’s Top 200 albums chart this week, even though there has been unsettling news that Interscope is expected to lose $25 million in marketing costs. However, on a positive note, Eminem dropped his new album Marshall Mathers LP 2 that has officially gone platinum. During a short time span, the album has sold over 200,000 units that met the benchmark. Here’s our breakdown of this week’s releases, as well as the rest of the albums that placed on the charts.
