Cartoon About Gay White Rapper To Premiere On FX

Fx’s newest show could push some boundaries in hip-hop.

The show, titled Chozen, is about a gay White rapper who is adjusting to life after being released from prison. It will feature voices by Method Man and Nick Swardson (of Reno 911!), among others. Based on the preview, it looks like it’ll be chock full of raunchy and ridiculous humor, while poking fun at the polarizing subject of homophobia within hip-hop.

Chozen is set to premier January 13 at 10:30 p.m.
