After being sprung from her three-month detention on Friday (October 4), Lauryn Hill was scheduled to serve three months of home confinement as part of her sentence for tax evasion. That might soon change as Ms. Hill has reportedly asked and has been granted permission by a judge to go on tour starting in November.

According to TMZ, a judge has granted Hill permission to go on tour starting on November 15 before promptly returning to her home to serve the rest of her sentence on January 1. Hill will reportedly have to run all the relevant specifics of the tour—dates, venues, hotels—past her parole officer before being granted final permission.

XXL reached out to a lawyer of Lauryn Hill for comment on the story but as of press time has not heard back.
