According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Kanye West and his alleged assault victim Daniel Ramos have been ordered to stay away from each other by a judge in Los Angeles court yesterday.
In an incident that stems from a July 19 encounter at Los Angeles International Airport, Kanye West allegedly attacked Ramos, a photographer, while exiting the airport. The incident was captured on numerous cameras by paparazzi filming the attack.
The judge has reportedly ordered Kanye to stay 10 yards away from the paparazzo while Kanye’s lawyer, Blair Berk, has reportedly told the judge that Ramos has a history of “stalking” and harassing Kanye, prompting the prosecutors to advise Ramos to stay away from West. A request that TMZ is reporting that Ramos has refused to promise to do.
Prosecutors also reportedly asked Kanye West to attend anger management as part of his conditions for bail, a request was summarily denied by the judge.
