This week, Dom Kennedy’s consistent grind is paying off. The L.A. native dropped his Get Home Safely project with help of a Best Buy deal that allowed it to be sold at their locations. While Dom is still on his independent push, he managed to crack the Top 20 with over 10,000 copies sold. Outside of hip-hop, the band Pearl Jam captured its fifth No. 1 album with Lighting Bolt, selling 166,000 copies in its first week. Here’s our breakdown of this week’s releases, as well as the rest of the albums that placed on the charts.
