A$AP Rocky has avoided assault and harassment charges in an alleged slapping of a fan incident because the accuser doesn't have a valid address for the A$AP Mob HNIC, reports TMZ. As previously reported, in September Lisa Wade filed a criminal complaint with the District Attorney's Office claiming she was slapped for no apparent reason by the Harlem MC during the Made In America Festival in Philadelphia. But, according to the report, since no authorities witnessed the attack and the charge is only a misdemeanor, Wade had to file a private criminal complaint and must provide the D.A. with a valid address for the accused party. Paperwork sent to Rocky's record label was reportedly returned. The case can't move forward until Wade comes up with a valid address for the rap star.
