The mother of late rap legend Tupac Shakur is suing Entertainment One for $1.1 million over unpaid royalties from Pac's music, reports TMZ. Afeni Shakur, who has control of her son's estate, recently filed a lawsuit against E1 alleging the company failed to pay Pac's estate royalties from Beginnings: The Lost Tapes which was released in 2007. According to the report, E1 purchased the rights to Pac's catalog after the previous owners Death Row Records went belly up in 2006. Ms. Shakur is also seeking to have all of the master recordings of Pac's unreleased tracks turned over.

Earlier this year, Afeni expressed her desire to release Tupac's entire body of work to the pubic. As recently reported, the big screen biopic on Tupac's life will begin filming next year.
