Kanye West previewed a behind-the-scenes look at his girlfriend, Kim Kardashian's upcoming photo shoot on Twitter early this morning. In a spread that will be found in the upcoming CR Fashion Book, Kardashian shows off her very pregnant body for her cameras. The proud father tweeted out a photo and a video for the upcoming shoot that was photographed by noted fashion designer and photographer, Karl Lagerfeld, who works as the creative director for Chanel.
