It seems as if a few angry tweets are not going to stop Jimmy Kimmel from having a little fun at Kanye West's expense. After the Chi-Town rapper took to Twitter this evening to angrily complain about Jimmy Kimmel's spoof of Kanye West's much-discussed interview with Zane Lowe of the BBC, Jimmy Kimmel responded on his late night television show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, this evening.

Shortly before Kimmel's show taped at 4:30 PT on the West Coast, according to Kimmel himself, the comedian received an angry phone call from Kanye demanding that he publicly apologize for the show's spoof or Kimmel will face the wrath of Kanye. According to Kimmel, Kanye compared himself multiple times to Tupac Shakur during the phone call, too.

"[Kanye] said 'I am the most powerful voice in media. I am 'Pac.'" Kimmel said of his phone call with Kanye. "[Kanye] said 'You will never be able to show your face in a 14-year old's high school football game and be cool, again."

Before the show aired at 11:35 p.m. this evening, Jimmy Kimmel also responded to Kanye West on Twitter with a series of tweets that continued to poke fun of Kanye for his angry rant at him. You can read the tweets below.
