A well known jeweler is taking Drake to court claiming the rap star bought one of their custom pendants and made copies of it to give to his crew, reports TMZ. According to the suit, filed by Baden Baden Inc, the company claims they produced a custom platinum owl piece (pictured above), studded with diamonds for Drizzy back in January for the ticket of $49,204. A few months ago, BBI alleges Drake started posted pictures of gold duplicates of their piece on his Instagram. In the suit they claim the "All Me" rapper took their exclusive design and made copies. The company is reportedly suing for copyright infringement, demanding unspecified damages and wants Drake and his team to come up off any knockoffs that were created.
