Deltron 3030 Returns With Their First Album In 13 Years, ‘Event 2′ [Album Stream]

It's been 13 years since hop-hop collective Deltron 3030 put out their galactic rap battle themed self-titled concept album. Now, the trio of Del the Funky Homosapien, Dan the Automator, and Kid Koala reunites with the new project, Event 2. Much like the last album, which contained futuristic themes throughout, Event 2 looks to touch on similar topics with a concise story line. "This time, the album has a specific story," explained Del. "The Deltron world has gone too far with technology. Everything’s destroyed, and you just see the remnants of our technology. The streets are run by criminals, the police are outnumbered and outgunned, and we’re like pirates, running rogue, doing what we do to survive.”
