Big Sean once again shed light on the extremity of Detroit's deficit crisis, mentioning a friend who was once raped on the way to school due to police cuts; Sean urges that the city is in dire need of a solution.

"When I was in high school, one of my best friends got rape walking to school", Big Sean said on The Wendy Williams Show. "And I get calls from my homies like 'my little sister got raped walking to school'. It's just things like that, how they shorten the hours of the police station or hours of operation in a city that needs the police more than anybody".

Continuing, that since the days of his adolescence the city's shape has grown much worse, his latest album Hall Of Fame was crafted to serve a an inspiration to the city in this time of distress.
