50-Cent-2

Throughout the tenure of 50 Cent’s career, he’s jumped on quite a few tracks. As the leader of G-Unit, there was always someone in the camp looking for a hot 16 from Fif. Add to that 50 Cent’s friends outside of his crew often needed some lyrical assistance on tracks, looking for a touch of his hit-making magic. Finally, 50 Cent likes to add his own flair to existing songs and remix them himself.

While we anxiously await the release of 50 Cent’s Street King Immortal, XXL has compiled 25 of the best guest appearances from 50 Cent between the years of 2009-2013. We decided to keep it recent, because if we spanned 50 Cent’s career of guest vocals, we’d be here all day. So be our guest and take a look at some of 50 Cent's recent highlights.

“Down On Me” Jeremih Featuring 50 Cent
It’s easy to forget this was even a Jeremih song, with the way 50 Cent owned the track. Let’s not forget how Fif even performed the song with YouTube star Keenan Cahill during 50’s “dating Chelsea Handler” days.

“Haters” Tony Yayo Featuring 50 Cent, Shawty Lo & Roscoe Dash
While Yayo, Shawty Lo and Roscoe Dash all trade bars about making money and ducking the naysayers, 50 Cent comes through with the killer hook. “All we do is stunt and blow the paper,” he says. “The balling make a hater wanna hate us.” True story.

“Up!” LoveRance Featuring 50 Cent
Let’s keep it really real here. Nobody knew who the hell LoveRance was until 50 Cent jumped on “Up” with the graphic bars. Add T.I. and Young Jeezy to the remix and you can forget LoveRance is even there (no diss).

“Pass The Patron” Tony Yayo Featuring 50 Cent
It seems like a rite of passage for a rapper to rhyme about Patron at least once in his career and this was Tony Yayo’s. 50 even lowered his standards to join in and talk about Patron when you know damn well he drinks more expensive liquor.

“Monster” Michael Jackson Featuring 50 Cent
The song “Monster” was one of a few songs that released after Michael Jackson passed away. While 50 Cent wasn’t in the studio with MJ to record the song, this was a collaboration the two wanted to happen for a while.

“Hate Bein’ Sober” Chief Keef Featuring 50 Cent & Wiz Khalifa
Look, we all know it’s hard to understand exactly what Chief Keef is saying. So if anything, 50 Cent’s function is to provide some lyrics we can all recite back without mumbling. Just saying.

“Syllables” Eminem, Dr. Dre, Jay Z, Stat Quo, Ca$his & 50 Cent
What a strange lineup—well, the Stat Quo and Ca$his part is strange at least. By the time 50’s bars roll around he gets more lyrical (probably because the track is called “Syllables”), as he enters with “Go shorty, it’s your birthday. You made it just in time to hear my wordplay.”

“Raid” Pusha T, Pharrell Williams & 50 Cent
At first listen, when 50 Cent says, “You can tell I went to school on a small yellow bus,” it sounds like he’s dissing himself. He’s not though. Listen again, and you’ll figure it out.

“Toot It & Boot It Remix” YG Featuring 50 Cent
Before YG was really in the forefront of the CTE empire, he was getting bars from 50 Cent on remixes. His entrance though is pretty…interesting. “First time I met her, I ain’t know she was a freak / Now I give her a girlfriend when she want something to eat.” Oh.

“Bitch (Remix)” E-40 Featuring Too $hort & 50 Cent
This may be the “remix” to the song, but it was certainly promoted as the single once 50 Cent jumped in to rep for New York. 50’s verse is about a girl who is secretly a jump. Wonder if he’s speaking about anyone in particular?

“Fuck You Remix” Cee Lo Green Featuring 50 Cent
Fif took over Cee Lo’s hit single to sing a little and rhyme a little. Even with a title like “Fuck You” he keeps it somewhat PG saying the bottom of his girl’s shoes match her Ferrari (they’re both red, get it?).

“Riot Remix” 2 Chainz Featuring 50 Cent
50 Cent shuts it down before the song even really starts. “I don’t even know what to say, ain’t got to say much. You hear my voice, you know it’s 50.” Drops mic.

“Telescope” Wiz Khalifa Featuring 50 Cent
On “Telescope,” 50 Cent brings forth some social commentary. While Wiz sons the industry and rolls weed “like a Marley,” 50 is talking about Columbine and poverty. It strikes a balance in a unique way.

“I’m A Stop” Too $hort, Devin The Dude, Twista & 50 Cent
50’s verse on this one is pure comedy, as he details getting some girl sprung and turning her into a stalker. “My dick’s a bishop, it help a bitch find God,” he declares. No wonder she’s stalking him. He started a cult.

“New York Times” J. Cole, Bas, 50 Cent
50 Cent doesn’t play that huge of a role on this track. He really just rhymes along to the hook with J. Cole. The reality of the situation is that 50 Cent got on a J. Cole track and that’s all that really matters right?

“Dump (It’s Like That)” Jadakiss Featuring 50 Cent & Rell
This song is pure street, as Jadakiss surely got 50 Cent to let the dogs out on this one. His cadence even sounds different from the hook to his verse. He’s clearly angry here. About something.

“I Go Off” Beanie Sigel & 50 Cent
Never one to turn down some controversy, 50 Cent had no problem diving right into Beanie Sigel’s diss track to Jay Z. He checks in on the hook, but also to talk a little smack while he’s there.

“Crack A Bottle” Eminem Featuring Dr. Dre & 50 Cent
Eminem’s loose attempt at a party anthem gets some much-needed bars by 50 Cent. Fif calls himself Napalm and King Kong as he flosses with Birkin bags and Jimmy Choo shoes for his lady.

“Magic Stick Part 2” Lil Kim Featuring 50 Cent
Hearing Lil Kim sing about a “magic stick” without actually having one is a little awkward. She needed a male vocal pairing, and 50 Cent had the perfect amount of bravado to rhyme about his own “magic stick.”

“Paper Planes Remix” M.I.A. Featuring 50 Cent
Before T.I. sampled M.I.A.’s “Paper Planes” for “Swagger Like Us,” it seemed like every rapper alive remixed the track. However, 50 Cent’s version is a total homicide. No joke, check the lyrics.

“Like a G6 Remix” Far East Movement Featuring 50 Cent
50 Cent took it upon himself to jump on Far East Movement’s track a few years back. He ups the tempo of his flow to keep up with speedy electronic beat and the result was a hot remix.

“80s Baby” Busta Rhymes, Wyclef Jean & 50 Cent
Okay, is 50 Cent really only saying “an '80s baby!” on the track? And if so, does it matter? That’s the best ad lib possible, considering that’s the title of the song. 50 wins once again.

“Headgames” Eric Sermon, Keith Murray & 50 Cent
Considering this could’ve easily just existed as a Def Squad song, inviting 50 Cent into the fold changed something about it. Sure, Eric Sermon and Keith Murray delivered, but 50 Cent’s hook about “first they didn’t like me, now they let me hit it,” makes the whole song.

“Warning (Remix)” Uncle Murda, Mariah Carey, Young Jeezy & 50 Cent
This song is confusing as hell, but the beat is hot. Uncle Murda recruited some top-tier talent for this remix, and 50 Cent is one of them. “Everything cool 'til I black out. Ooh you gon’ get it,” 50 says. That’s a warning.

“Payback (P’s & Q’s)” Lloyd Banks & 50 Cent
“Payback” wouldn’t be the same without 50 Cent on the hook. “I’m gettin’ to dough. Louis on my foot, put my pedal to the floor,” he sort of sing-shouts in the chorus. 50 kinds of drowns out Banks’ raspy vocals, but that’s not that hard to do.
