The Secret Meeting To Destroy Rap Meeting

The Rumor: In 2012, a chain-mail letter purported to have been written by an unnamed music industry executive paints a picture of clandestine meeting in the early 1990s where a cabal of music industry executives conspired to destroy rap music by stripping away it’s political and social elements and replacing them with mindless violent and misogynist gangster rap.

The Truth: While the letter is almost assuredly faked, one does wonder when you consider the lack of politics in hip-hop music these days.

Hip hop fans have been eating up the illuminati element of the genre forever and totally feel that they are in their right minds to believe it. I’m talking perfectly sane and reasonable people that still get hoodwinked into the conspiracy. It’s very pervasive, but yes, very very silly.

Yo. open your eyes. Or in this case open your eye. your third eye, being your mind. And stop letting the world tell you what to think.. You might learn something.

      • http://mikevo.wordpress.com/ Mike Van Orden

And thus you fellas prove my point exactly.

    • YallAintShit

if you think for one moment that illuminatti is not real then you sir have drunk the kool-aid of lies as well, consider this, not only was 2Pac screaming Killuminatti but think of the skull and Bones who birth Free Masons and elites like the Boule, and illuminatti, not saying they are all bad or evil but yes a lot of people who join dont even know what the are joining until they are in too deep, don’t forget all media out lets that are big enough to reach the masses are owned by these elites so dont trust these site saying stuff like it’s fake or making up these stories mix with some trues do your research before you make such silly post if you have presidents that has openly stated being members of it and you have activist saying it, those are 2 different people with opposite cause…but the greatest trick the devil ever pull was convincing the world he didnt exsist cause you cant have one without the other ying and yang if you dont believe in the devil you cant believe in God…be blessed and get smart

      • http://mikevo.wordpress.com/ Mike Van Orden

It’s called rational skepticism. I’ve done my research dude, don’t assume I haven’t and argue on that point alone. Tupac, is that your main source for the truth behind the illuminati?

There is a power elite in this world that screws us all over, they just don’t do it in secret rooms while practicing spooky blood oaths. They do it out in plain site. There is no grand conspiracy. It’s called human nature, we’ve always exploited each other.

Get past your confirmation bias and see things from all perspectives. You can wiki confirmation bias if you don’t know what that means. The best way to know if something is a conspiracy theory…see if those who believe in the concept also believe in other conspiracy theories. Are you also a 9/11 truther?

        • Evan Boland

If you can see that 9/11 was an inside job with outside help, god help you, you’re a lost cause.

          • http://mikevo.wordpress.com/ Mike Van Orden

If I can or can’t? And just dismissing people without making your case is generally not a good method of debate.

          • Evan Boland

All the proof is there. Clearly, you haven’t been doing your research. It was an inside job with outside help as well, obviously. They needed someone to pin it on. It was a false flag to start an illegal, unethical war, and give the US Gov never before seen power over it’s citizens. It was just another false flag, like Vietnam. Lemme guess, you haven’t done your research on Vietnam either?

          • http://mikevo.wordpress.com/ Mike Van Orden

This is where I duck out I’m afraid. These debates are fruitless. I’ve done my research. I’ve also studied psychology in school and am aware of the cognitive biases and paranoia behind beliefs in conspiracy theories. People will believe what they want to believe, especially if it helps them feel more justified in there how they view the world.

It’s all good, it’s perfectly normal human behavior to be deluded, if it makes them happy then live and let live.

          • Evan Boland

Deluded? Paranoia? It’s just obvious you fool. Building’s don’t collapse like that. Have you seen the third building collapse, ykno, the one that didn’t get hit? Moron, conformist, SHEEP.

          • Guest

YAWN. I said I did my research dude.

          • http://mikevo.wordpress.com/ Mike Van Orden

            You people are so predictable.

        • YallAintShit

if 2pac was the only thing you go out of my reply then it is no need to further discuss this with you any further, and yes I agree a lot of it is in plain site but my thing is Yes there is an illuminatti, skulls and bones, free masons, boule etc etc and yes they are the elites…on that note the truth will be truth with or without us…third eye open..get off the kool-aid
