Eminem - "Criminal"

After MTV held it’s annual Video Music Awards on Sunday Night, hip-hop was dealing with the fallout of the event all evening. Miley Cyrus twerked her way into national infamy and suddenly, every media outlet had an opinion on this decade-old dance.  Meanwhile, Eminem announced his long-anticipated new album is coming in November during the ceremony and dropped the lead single, “Berzerk,” the very next night.

In other news, Kendrick Lamar finally broke his silence regarding his now instant classic verse on Big Sean’s “Control,” Diddy and J. Cole allegedly got into a fight at the VMA’s and Big Sean and Juicy J dropped their newly, highly-anticipated albums to positive reviews from the XXL staff.
