Macklemore and Ryan Lewis are joining Bruno Mars as the latest additions to next weekend's MTV Video Music Awards, joining the already-announced Kanye West, Justin Timberlake, Robin Thicke, Daft Punk, Katy Perry, and more.

Macklemore and Lewis have been all over the charts for the past year, sending three singles onto the Top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100, including two No. 1's, and will perform their track "Same Love" on the award show. Mars will premiere a new single from his album Unorthodox Jukebox during his performance.

Macklemore's performance marks the first time any artist has played all three of MTV's flagship awards shows—the VMAs, the MTV Movie Awards and the mtvU Woodie Awards—in the same year.
