Continuing his media assault the last couple of days, Kendrick Lamar appeared on comedian Chelsea Handler's talk show, Chelsea Lately, last night. On the show, he discussed his thoughts about appearing in Miley Cyrus' controversial VMA performance last Sunday.

When asked his thoughts about being potentially accosted by Miley like singer Robin Thicke famously was during the performance, Kendrick said "I wouldn't know how to react...It was shocking. It didn't get in the way what I was doing but I definitely was interested."

During his appearance, Kendrick also offered a few more thoughts regarding his famous "Control" verse, too.

"A lot of cats that I named, they're actually good friends of mine." Kendrick told Chelsea. "I basically wanted to show I'm competitive."

Also in the appearance, Chelsea repeatedly makes jokes about Kendrick's diminutive size making fun of him for using a basketball analogy and his childhood love of Michael Jordan.
