Gucci Mane is once again finding himself in a legal situation now that a club promoter is suing the Atlanta rapper claiming he didn't give club goers their money's worth because he double booked an additional show in another state. According to a report by TMZ, Empire Entertainment recently filed a lawsuit against the Brick Squad CEO. According to the suit, EE claims they upped $22,500 to retain Guwap for a show in Little Rock, Arkansas on November 22. Prior to the date a Tennessee club began promoting a show with the rapper on the same date. EE claims they were assured that the Tennessee show was a no-go, but alleges on the show date Gucci only performed three songs before splitting to make the show in the Volunteer state which was two hours away. They say he then drove back and used the hotel they provided for the night. As a result of the conflicting shows, the promoters claim they suffered drastically in ticket sales and are suing to recoup Gucci's performance fee, plus travel expenses and promotion budget.
