If you've ever thought sending a lawsuit via Facebook was sufficient, think again. Due to the mere fact that Mothership Music tried to summons Flo Rida for $400,000 in damage through his Facebook page, the case has now been entirely thrown out.

Initially ruling in Mothership Music's favor, Judge Robert McFarlan appealed the former ruling stating,"The evidence did not establish, other than by mere assertion, that the Facebook page was in fact that of Flo Rida and did not prove that a posting on it was likely to come to his attention in a timely fashion".

Due to the ruling, Flo Rida dodged paying $400,000 in damages for not showing up to a performance at the Fat As Butter Fest in 2011.
