Chris Brown’s Seizure Caused By “Emotional Stress” According To Singer’s Reps
With his legal woes and women issues, Chris Brown has been going through it lately. According to the singer's team, it was those factors and not a dire health issue which caused his seizure yesterday, reports TMZ. A statement recently released by Brown's reps names "intense fatigue and extreme emotional stress, both due to the continued onslaught of unfounded legal matters and the nonstop negativity" as the what played a big role in his recent health scare.
The singer's reps also say Chris suffered a non-epileptic seizure. As opposed to epileptic seizures which are brought upon by abnormal excessive or synchronous neuronal activity in the brain, according to a definition by the International Bureau of Epilepsy, non-epileptic seizures can be caused by psychological factors.
As previously reported, the Brown suffered a seizure while at a Los Angeles recording studio around 1 a.m. on Friday (August 9). When paramedics arrived on the scene he reportedly refused to be transported to the hospital.
