50 Cent plead not guilty to the alleged domestic violence charges that occurred between him and his child's mother last month. Looks like the rapper is putting up a fight as he faces one count of domestic violence and four counts of vandalism from the June 23rd incident.

50 was ordered return to the California courtroom on September 4 for a pretrial hearing stemming from an altercation that lead Daphne Joy, a model/actress whom has a child with the entertainer to call authorities claiming the rapper had ransacked her home and physically harmed her. Authorities report Jackson caused $7,100 in damage to her Toluca Lake condo and left the scene before police arrived.

"During an argument, Jackson allegedly began destroying the female's property," wrote the prosecutor's office in a statement. "Allegedly when the female locked herself in her bedroom, Jackson kicked open the bedroom door and kicked her, causing an injury."

Daphne's lawyer also released a statement to the press explaining, "Daphne Joy and Curtis Jackson have been together for a few years in an exclusive relationship. They had a child and now Daphne's No. 1 priority is to ensure both her and the baby's safety during this difficult time. We also hope everyone will respect her and the baby's privacy."

If convicted Jackson faces up to 46,000 in fines and 5 years in prison.
