Will Cruel Winter drop or wont it? That is still the question. We thought we had the answer a few times, most recently with Pusha T saying the album is a no-go. But there is still hope, according to Travi$ Scott. The G.O.O.D Music producer recently chopped it up with Rob Markman of MTV News on the red carpet of the 2013 BET Awards and said Kanye has yet to put the album to rest, and is in fact still pushing for the LP. “'Ye still go all the way hard about Cruel Winter, so you just never know," said Scott. "He might just drop that shit out of nowhere, man. But he still go hard."

Since the release of Cruel Summer last September, rumors have surfaced that a follow-up was inevitable. Conflicting or unsure reports about the second installment have surfaced from a number of G.O.O.D. Music artists including Common, Big Sean, Cyhi The Prynce and the aforementioned Pusha T. But until the big homie Yeezus says the album wont drop, Scott still has hope. "Until I hear 'Ye be like, 'It's not coming out' then that's when I can say it's 'not coming out' but he still goin' ham," he added. "Maybe it's not right now, maybe it's not next year, but you can expect one for sure."

So, there you have it, right?
