In case all the new music from Kanye, Jay, Wale and Cole wasn't enough to hold you over, over the weekend we were lucky enough to get two new mixtapes from two of the best DJs doing it. Yesterday, MICK (formerly Mick Boogie) and Terry Urban—the DJ duo who brought the world the classic mashup mixtape Viva La Hova—both dropped new projects, though not together.

For Summertime 4, MICK teamed up with the legendary DJ Jazzy Jeff for the latest installment in their always-funky, nostalgia-influenced series. The tape features a diverse tracklist boasting throwbacks from Erykah Badu and Souls Of Mischief as well as more left-field picks from Oasis and Sister Sledge. You can stream Summertime 4 above.

On the other end of the Summer spectrum is Terry Urban's TRPL BLACK Summer, a darker and more daring collection of tracks meant to "capture the mood of a dark, grimey, hot summer night in New York City." With temps hanging out in the 90's all week, the spacey and hypnotizing TRPL—filled with standout cuts from A$AP Mob and Kid Cudi, as well as a mind-melting trap remix of Biggie's "Suicidal Thoughts"—fits the current vibe of the city pretty perfectly. Stream that below.
