It seems as if controversy seems to follow Kanye West even against his will these days. It is being reported by multiple outlets that the highly controversial Rolling Stone cover featuring alleged Boston Bomber, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, was allegedly intended for Kanye West last week. The cover was supposedly pulled when an exclusive interview with the magazine was nixed at the last moment.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, West pulled out due to poor timing due to the unfortunate circumstances of his daughter's birth, as well as, Rolling Stone balking at Kanye's demand that his new daughter be off-limits in the interview. According to HR's sources, Jann Wenner, Rolling Stone's venerated editor and publisher, personally approved Tsarnaev being placed on the cover when the initial cover with West allegedly fell through. The bomber cover was put in place to coincide with Janet Reitman's story on Tsarnaev already scheduled to run in the magazine that issue. Bruce Springsteen was also allegedly considered for the cover at one point, as well.

Rolling Stone has yet to comment on the story.
