Last week, REVOLT TV announced that New York's one-time favorite son Saigon would be appearing on the upcoming season of Love & Hip-Hop New York. Now, while this is a strange decision for the street rapper who at some point would've clowned on anyone who appeared on a reality show, we're happy for him (and his current girlfriend, whoever she is) and looking forward to seeing what kind of brawls he gets into this season. In the meantime, we put together a list of other rappers and their significant others who we 'd love to see on Love & Hip-Hop in future seasons.

2 Chainz And Girlfriend

Hip-hop's current go-to guest 2 Chainz showed up to last year's BET Awards with his daughter Heaven and a mystery woman who's rumored to be his longtime girlfriend. We'd love to see Tity and his girl cook up some famous dishes and get into arguments about what he spends his feature money on.

Papoose And Remy Ma

With Remy Ma's release from prison scheduled for June of next year, it'd be perfect timing for her and longtime boyfriend Papoose to hop on Love & Hip-Hop and reestablish themselves as a "power couple."

Killer Mike And Shana Render

Southern socially-conscious rapper Killer Mike has been in a long-term relationship with his wife Shana Render, and we've heard that the two have a great partnership, sometimes even hitting the strip clubs together. Throwing them on Love & Hip-Hop might show some of the other couples what a functional relationship looks like.

Joey Bada$$ And Girlfriend

Through his meteoric rise to fame, Brooklyn's Joey Bada$$ has stayed committed to his longtime girlfriend, who he calls his "iiindigo." Last month, Joey even Instagrammed a photo of the duo and wrote "I'm so happy to call you mine. I love you." Needless to say, having this young couple on the show could be a positive look for VH1, who could showcase true and untainted young love.

Eve And Maximillion Cooper

Last year, Philly rapper Eve made headlines after she moved to London to live with her longtime boyfriend Maximillion Cooper. Having the duo on the show would be pure entertainment, and since Eve's ex Stevie J appeared on Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta, this should be a no-brainer for the former Ruff Ryder.

Juvenile And Shadonna Jones

Now that Juvenile seems to have cleaned up his act and is managing to stay out of legal trouble, the elder statesmen and his wife Shadonna Jones could be another positive example to younger couples on how to function in older age.

Jay Electronica And Kate Rothschild

This is no doubt a strange pair, but Jay Electronica must have some magical wizardry skills, because after pulling Erykah Badu he started dating English billionaire heiress Rothschild. We're sure she would be put off by the in-your-face nature of American reality TV, but by the end her and Jay would probably warm up and be the stars of the show.

DMX And Tashera Simmons

DMX and Tashera have a storied, roller coaster of a relationship. After appearing on VH1's darker Relationship Rehab, it would be nice to watch them reunite and fall in love again on a show like Love & Hip-Hop.

Ludacris And Eudoxie

Ludacris hit a goldmine when he started dating Eudoxie, an African-born bombshell who's ten years his junior. Though Luda's grown now, we're sure the younger Eudoxie gets jealous of Luda and his star power sometimes, so it could be fun to watch them get into it.

Waka Flocka And Tammy Rivera

The recently-engaged Waka Flocka and Tammy Rivera would be a nice addition to the show, simply because it's impossible to imagine what Waka is like in a committed relationship. We're guessing Tammy gives him a lot of lap dances.
