Yesterday morning, Chris Brown was reportedly close to getting away unscathed in a May hit-and-run case. What a difference a few hours makes. A L.A. judge has now revoked the singer's probation stemming from the Rihanna assault because of the recent charges.

In June, Brown was charged with hit-and-run after he reportedly ran his SUV into another car and gave false information to the driver before fleeing the scene. According to TMZ, Brown made an appearance in court yesterday to argue the L.A. County District Attorney's motion to revoke his probation because of the charges. The judge took side with the D.A. meaning Breezy will now face a probation violation hearing in August. If found in violation at the August hearing, Brown could face up to four years in jail.

As previously reported
, yesterday, the victim in the minor automobile accident was ready to drop all charges. CB later took to his Twitter account to address the incident typing, "I did everything I was suppose to do during the so called hit n run, I provided the correct info. There were no injuries or damages. C'mon!!" Followed by, "My cross is heavy but God gives me the strength to carry it."
